Who Am I?

Andi Silveria, Executive Coach and Fractional Leader

After over three decades in the tech industry including leading engineering, business analysis, program management, change management, and business intelligence teams, I know what it means to navigate complexity, lead through change, and still wonder, what’s next for me? I’ve lived the questions many of my clients now face: Is this all there is? What does fulfillment feel like? What comes after success? How do I recover and start on a path that is more aligned with who I am?

My career transformation - from senior tech leader to executive coach - was born out of a desire to lead with more purpose, more empathy, and more alignment after facing a layoff from a job and a reckoning with who I wanted to be. I’ve walked the path from burnout to clarity, and now I partner with mid-career professionals who are ready to rediscover what truly drives them and take bold, meaningful steps toward the next phase of their lives and careers.

My approach is rooted in Co-Active Coaching, Positive Intelligence, and the belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I bring presence, deep listening, and a powerful mix of coaching and lived experience to each conversation.

When I’m not coaching, I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, avid reader, podcast enthusiast, and hobby photographer. You’ll often find me baking something new or walking in nature with a camera in hand. (If you're curious, check out my photography on Instagram @breatheinphotography.)

Let’s explore what’s next together.
