Hi, I’m Andi.
What would it feel like to stop surviving and start leading—yourself, your team, your next chapter?
Whether you’re an individual seeking alignment or an organization navigating growth, I help people reconnect to what matters and move forward with purpose.
If something’s shifting, you’re in the right place.
From Burnout to Clarity
After more than 30 years in tech - as an individual contributor and as a leader - leading engineering, business analysis, and transformation teams - I reached a moment I couldn’t push through.
I’d spent decades navigating complexity, carrying weight that wasn’t mine, and trying to lead with empathy in systems that didn’t always value it.
When I was laid off from a VP role, it shook something loose.
For the first time in years, I slowed down—and the quiet revealed something I hadn’t realized: I had been holding it all together for so long, I had forgotten how to feel fulfilled.
Without the titles or the fire drills, I had to face the harder questions:
Who am I without the hustle? What do I want to create next—not just build or fix, but truly create?
What followed wasn’t a clean pivot. It was a reckoning.
I trained as a coach. I returned to writing. I picked up my camera again. I started listening to the part of me that longed for more joy, more impact, more integrity.
And slowly, I began to build a life that fit—a life that was mine.
Now, I coach and consult with people who are ready to do the same: not just survive their careers, but live with purpose.

Who I Work With & Why
Coaching
I work with mid- to late-career professionals who are ready to lead with more purpose and live with more alignment.
Many of my clients are standing at a crossroads: navigating burnout, a major life shift, or the quiet realization that the ladder they’ve been climbing no longer leads where they want to go.
They’ve achieved a lot, often by pushing through. But now, something’s shifting.
They want their work to feel more meaningful. They want to show up differently: for themselves, for their teams, for the life they still want to build.
If you’re feeling the pull toward something deeper…
If you’re tired of surviving and ready to create from a place of clarity, courage, and self-trust -
You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out alone, either.
Consulting
I work with organizations that are growing, evolving, or reckoning with change and want to do it with intention.
Many of my consulting clients are small to mid-sized companies led by visionary people who care deeply about their teams. They’re navigating rapid growth, leadership gaps, cultural friction, or new technology like AI - and they don’t want to lose their humanity along the way.
They know business isn't just about performance. It's about people, trust, and systems that actually support the work.
If you’re a founder, executive, or team lead looking for a grounded, values-centered partnership, I bring decades of leadership experience and a collaborative approach to help you build something that lasts and feels good to lead.
Working with me is both spacious and focused.
We slow down enough to hear the deeper truths and move forward with clarity and intention.
My approach blends the structure of Co-Active Coaching, the self-awareness of Positive Intelligence, and the hard-won wisdom of leading real teams through real-life complexity.
I believe in the wholeness of every client. You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You may just be disconnected from your voice and ready to come home to it.
In our work, we’ll explore values, challenge inner critics, and practice new ways of being.
I’ll ask bold questions. I’ll hold space. I’ll remind you of who you are when you forget.
Because this isn’t just about your next job or title.
It’s about how you show up in the world and how that world begins to change when you do.
Outside of coaching, I’m a wife, mother, and grandmother. A photographer. A curious soul. A lifelong reader with a stack of books that I’m always halfway through.
You’ll often find me walking in nature with a camera in hand or baking something to share. I believe in beauty, in breath, and in the quiet kind of courage it takes to build a life that fits.
