Why Me?

With over 30 years of leadership experience in tech and transformation, I’ve led engineering, analytics, and business systems teams through high-stakes growth, complex change, and the invisible work of culture repair.

I’ve also been laid off. Burned out. Restructured out of roles I helped build.
